Start by submitting the Custom Cookie Inquiry Form with your event date, quantity, theme, colors, and any inspiration you have. I'll review your request and availability before sending your invoice. Your order is officially confirmed once payment is received.

Yes. Full payment is required to reserve your date and begin the design process. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date.

Absolutely! Inspiration photos are encouraged and help me understand the overall style, colors, and details you love. I won't create an exact copy of another artist's work, but I'll use your inspiration to create a custom Dough & Co. set that fits your event.

Yes! If there are certain elements you absolutely want included, let me know on your inquiry form. You can also give me full creative freedom and allow me to choose the individual designs based on your theme, colors, and inspiration.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, I'll create a custom digital mock-up of your set so you can see the planned designs before decorating begins.

Yes! Invitations, mood boards, florals, signage, linens, logos, and other event details are some of my favorite sources of inspiration. Feel free to include them with your inquiry so I can make your cookies feel cohesive with the rest of your event.

Yes. Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to keep it fresh and make serving, gifting, and displaying them easy.

When kept sealed at room temperature, your cookies will stay fresh for at least 4 weeks, making it easy to pick them up ahead of your event. Cookies can even be frozen and can last up to 3 months! Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Pickup is available on Fridays and Saturdays in South Tampa. If your event falls during the week, your cookies can be picked up the Friday or Saturday beforehand and will remain fresh in their individual packaging.

My standard pickup days are Friday and Saturday so I can maintain a consistent baking and decorating schedule. If you have circumstances that require a different pickup day, feel free to mention it in your inquiry and I'll let you know if an exception is possible.

Limited local delivery may be available depending on the order, date, and location. Delivery is subject to an additional fee and should be requested when submitting your inquiry.

At this time, Dough & Co. is a Florida Cottage Food operation and orders are available for local pickup or approved local delivery only. Shipping is not available.

Cookies are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, eggs, and milk, and I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please include any allergy concerns in your inquiry before ordering.

Please submit all important design details when placing your order. Minor changes may be possible depending on how close we are to your event, but changes that affect the quantity, complexity, colors, or overall design may result in an additional charge or may not be possible once production has begun.

Because each order reserves time on my calendar and is created specifically for your event, all payments are nonrefundable, except for cancellations made within 24 hours of payment when the original order was placed at least two weeks in advance.

You can still submit an inquiry! Rush orders are accepted when my schedule allows and are subject to an additional rush fee. Availability is not guaranteed.

Yes! Cookie shapes are selected to complement the overall design of your set. If there's a particular shape or element you'd like included, mention it in your inquiry.

The mock-up serves as the design plan for your set, but every cookie is individually decorated by hand. Slight variations in colors, piping, placement, and other details are natural and part of what makes handmade cookies unique.

Payment is currently accepted through Zelle or Venmo. Payment instructions will be included with your invoice.
